Travelling to Melbourne with your dog? Selected apartments at Manhattan Apartments may be available for pet-friendly stays, subject to prior approval by Corporate Keys.
We understand that pets are part of the family, and leaving them behind can be difficult, particularly when relocating to Melbourne, travelling for work or staying for an extended period.
Corporate Keys offers selected pet-friendly accommodation at Manhattan Apartments Melbourne, allowing approved small to medium-sized dogs to stay with their owners. All pets must be disclosed before arrival and approval is provided on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the apartment, length of stay and suitability of the pet.
Pet-friendly rates and any applicable charges are individually advised at the time of booking. Guests travelling with a pet must agree to our Pet Friendly Terms and Conditions and are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage or other costs caused by their pet during the stay.
Pet Policy at Manhattan Apartments
- Pets must have current vaccinations, worming and flea treatments.
- Dogs must be spayed or desexed.
- Only small to medium-sized dogs are generally suitable for our apartments.
- Nails should be trimmed before arrival to help protect flooring, furniture and other surfaces.
- Pets should be well groomed before arrival to minimise shedding and excess pet hair.
- Pets left unattended must not cause excessive noise or disturb neighbouring residents or guests.
- Guests must bring their pet's own bedding, food bowls and water bowls. Apartment linen, crockery and kitchenware must not be used for pets.
- Dogs must be taken outside the property for toileting and owners are responsible for cleaning up and appropriately disposing of all pet waste.
- Guests should bring sheets or suitable covers if their pet may come into contact with apartment furniture.
Pets We Cannot Accept
Cats are not permitted. We also cannot accommodate restricted dog breeds, dogs declared dangerous or menacing by a government or council authority, or animals otherwise classified as regulated or prohibited by the relevant authorities.
Additional cleaning charges may apply where pet hair, odours, urine, fleas or other evidence of a pet requires additional cleaning following departure. We recommend appropriate flea and tick prevention throughout your stay.
Pet-friendly apartments are subject to availability and must be approved by Corporate Keys before arrival.
