Australia's original craft brewer, Matilda Bay, has been calling the pristine Yarra Valley home since 2019.
Matilda Bay brewery was originally founded in 1983 and is most well known for their iconic and award winning craft beers, such as Redback Original (Australia’s first wheat beer), Dogbolter Dark Lager, Alpha Pale Ale, Bohemian Pilsner, and the quirky Beez Neez.
The new state of the art brewery offers premium small batch crafted beers and a specially designed menu that heroes local Yarra Valley produce. Located right in the heart of Healesville, you can sit back and relax in their beer hall, sitting alongside the fermentation tanks, all whilst enjoying a quality craft beer, brewed using pure Yarra Valley Mountain Water.
The brewery features a large bar, beer hall with a children's play area, open wood fire and outdoor dining deck. Dogs are welcome in the outside area.
