In this best-selling class you will get insider tips from one of Otao Kitchen's top chefs so that you will be able to make DIY dumplings at home. You will go through the process step by step and learn everything from how to make the perfect dough, how to create delicious dumpling fillings inspired by Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese recipes, to how to shape and cook your dumplings. Dependent on your dietary preference you will make pork, chicken, beef or vegetarian dumplings.
The dumpling party will come to a close with a delicious dumpling feast.
